3 Day Reset
My goal is to make you feel better, help decrease bloat and re-up on clean eating habits. So I've put together an easy, 3 day reset ditching all ingredients that might lead to bloating or dehydration (so long, dairy, beans, gluten, cruciferous vegetables, carbonated beverages, sugar, processed food, and alcohol) and incorporated as many nutrient-dense and sodium-regulating foods as possible paired with fasting. This guide is perfect for a kickstart into a new lifestyle, program, or used quarterly, month, or weekly to give your digestive system a break!
Nutritional Consulting
During the initial consultation - your health and wellness goals, current diet, lifestyle, emotional status, medical history, and symptoms will be assessed through an in-depth intake form. With the information provided, I will create a protocol that includes, dietary, lifestyle, custom meal plan, and supplemental implementations that are best suited for your goals to restore balance. I can also work with your doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as a part of a team to provide well-rounded care.

Nutritional counseling is for those looking to find answers, solutions, and work very closely to a nutritionist. I ask my clients to commit to 3 months of full participation (other practices can be put into play after this time) You will have one week check-ins, weekly updates to your plan, and your guide based on intake form will be broken into 3-4 phases to assure we make sustainable changes that last before adding more.
Price is broken into two parts: $250 down payment for the initial consultation, assessment, and custom guide. Second part is $99 a month starting after the guide is finished for weekly check ins, changes to plan, photo check ins, and implementing new phases in your plan. Guides take 7-14 business days to finish
