Bridging the gap between personal training and big group fitness. We know it can be pricey to hire a personal trainer, and we also know how hard it can be to get proper training in big groups, so we've merged the two by keeping classes small, so you can have the best of both worlds!

Live Well classes have emphasis on education and safety. We want to show you how to build and find your inner strength at any fitness level.
Live well classes are for EVERYONE. You can adjust your weights or use no weights at all. We always have modifications ready on hand. The goal is to make you comfortable and feel at home away from home. We also love community and host many community events, Come find your inner strength with us!
