"Before becoming a fitness coach, I spent several years working in the medical field, where I saw just how deeply physical health, emotional well-being, and everyday movement are connected. That experience helped shape my belief that wellness isn’t just about treating the body—it’s about caring for the whole person."
Fitness has always been a personal passion—movement makes me feel alive, grounded, and strong. It became not only a way to stay healthy but also a powerful tool for building resilience and supporting mental health.
At Livewell Fitness, I coach group classes and offer personal training with a focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and sustainability. I'm a certified Personal Trainer with additional training in Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition and Corrective Exercise. This allows me to tailor sessions that meet each client's unique needs. My approach is rooted in meeting people where they are—physically and mentally—and supporting their growth with compassion and accountability.

Dekoda is a strength and conditioning coach dedicated to helping clients build strong, mobile, and confident bodies. Their approach blends functional strength training, mobility work, and core-focused programming to create long-lasting, sustainable results.
Dekoda believes fitness should feel empowering—not overwhelming—so every program is designed with proper movement, mindset, and consistency at the forefront. Whether someone is just beginning or ready to level up, Dekoda’s mission is to guide clients toward strength they can feel both in and out of the gym.

Coach Meghan
Meghan is a certified strength and conditioning coach, mat Pilates and barre instructor, and nutrition coach with a passion for balanced, intentional movement. Her training philosophy blends multiple disciplines—pairing heavy lifting with the slow, controlled burn of barre and mat Pilates—to build strength, stability, and confidence.
At Live Well, Meghan’s goal is to both challenge and support each client, helping them look, move, and feel their absolute best through thoughtful barre and mat Pilates programming. Whether it’s one rep, one pulse, or one breath at a time, Meghan believes progress comes from consistency and purposeful movement.

Why did I create Live Well?
For many years I struggled with my body and confidence. I went to the gym everyday but really had no idea what I was doing and/or how to do anything. If only I had a video of my squats back then. It wasn't until I joined a strength and conditioning class that I learned the fundamentals to lifting and fell involve with having a sense of community supporting and cheering me on. I was so excited to practice and get better every week. My goal from then on was to show others how they can not only find their confidence, but how to move and move well, to have a body that supports longevity and functional day-to-day movements, to support their mental and physical health, and to live a fulfilling lifestyle. I created and developed an online community for fitness and nutrition, helping others get over their fears, struggles, out of their own head, and see what they are truly capable of when they have someone who guides and believes in them. Now I am developing an in-person community as well as online and I couldn't be more excited for it to grow and be to others, what it was to me. My entire mission is to help you understand just how amazing movement can be and what all it will do for you in life. 💕
